This year I purchased the Nella speculum. I went thru menopause 3 years ago and gyn exams have been torture since then . I went to my Gyn in May and to my surprise this exam was painless. The speculum glided in easy , my Dr loved the light attached to it. And said if I were to buy a new one annually , he'd have no problem using them. Seems like I will be buying this every year !!!! I just want to say that I just used a Nella Comfy Kit for my practice embryo transfer and it was AWESOME. I've only ever had extremely unpleasant to mildy traumatic experiences with speculums at physician offices. More recently, I was told during my first practice embryo transfer that I would need to go under anesthesia because they needed to use the largest speculum size because of how my uterus is placed. I did a second practice transfer this morning and Nella it was snug, easier to use for my provider and I had no pain or discomfort. I also love these socks. Thank you so much for creating this product. I'm definitely going to be telling all my female friends.Read less
